My name is Sam Algeo and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in both North Carolina and Florida. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors , and the Miami Association of Realtors. I live in and am an expert in real estate in Davie, FL, but I am originally from Wilmington, NC. I went to the University of North Carolina Wilmington and upon graduating started working in Wilmington, NC as a realtor until my wife and I moved to Davie because she was admitted to graduate school at Nova Southeastern University. Because of growing up in a military family, relocating is something I not only specialize in, but something I have been familiar with my entire life. Finding the right property is critical wether you are relocating, buying your first home, investing in a rental property, or just looking for affordable housing.
